An unexpectedly large turnout yesterday saw most of the usual suspects and some new faces from out of town, Allan Reeder, Rich Clark and Tracy Chin and all ran well! A little work on the track in the morning slowed down the day a bit and the racers decided to just run Can Am and not F1.
Here Marc Franco oversees some early tech for the 20 racers in attendance.

Nice to see some new fellas showing up at BPR. Got in a bit of a fender bender Sun afternoon, so a little beat up. Hopefully can make on the 28th and hobble around the track a bit.

Wow a couple of new chassis designs being tested for the Checkpoint Cup. Cant wait, looks like I need to come to the next warmup and get a few laps in before the Cup.

Next warmup race will be Saturday the 28th. F1 tech at 10:00AM.............. Could be a long day as maybe 30+ racers for Can Am!

Duran just steadily pulled away to win by 6 laps. A good race for third between Mill and Alex. Great run Tracy Chin!
Sam, if you ran out of brushes, I'm sorry!! They looked like they had another race!
