With the threat of icy roads, the Target CC fraud and the holiday, the turnout for IRRL Race #3 at Mid-America was a bit light,

but it lead to a relaxed, casual day, and a good time was had by all.

 

We had 13 entries in F1.

 

TQ was Sano Dave Fiedler with a 4.343.

 

We decided to run a round-robin.

 

It was tight 3 way battle for the win, with Rick Stagen taking it, with 2 1/2 lap spread, 1st thru 3rd.

We also had 13 entries in Can-Am, with young Tristan O'Hara, from South Bend, joining us for the first time.

 

TQ was myself with a 4.148.

 

For this race we decided to run 2 Mains, with 6 and 7 racers.

 

Again, it was a tight 3 way battle for the win, with Sano Dave prevailing this time, again with a 2 1/2 lap spread, 1st thru 3rd.
