I just picked up a Pactra Titan II body. After clean-up it looks perfect, like it was made yesterday. :shok:

My question is... what to do with it?

Is it purely a fantasy "Thingie" body or was it ever a "real" car, like a show car or something??? :scratch_one-s_head:

Thanks in advance! :D

Hi Rick,

The Titan II was never a real car, but a thingie commissioned to Tony Bulone by Pactra to fit over a "Competition" RTR and a Pactra kit.

Here is the Competition RTR version. It had the late production Pactra Iso chassis and the Competition Mabuchi FT16D and wheels.

The Pactra kit had the same chassis but had the Igarashi "Hemi" motor and the Pactra-specific wheels and tires. I do not have a picture of the kit handy.

Hi Philippe,

Thanks for the info. It's strictly a "thingie" then.

Thanks again! :)

Another question: Is (or was) there also a Titan I model?

At one time I had like twelve NOS boxes of these from the Polks dig. Must not have been a good seller back in the day. I think some of them may be still floating around.

I ran one in the Dynamic proxy race. Looked cool but it handled for **** with 50 year old tires.  :laugh2:

Not that we know of, other than a race of young gods in the Greek antiquity... :D

Nice find, 'clean shell' for sure DC

Cool car Dokk, I think the Bat looks OK facing 'that' way.

Joe, your Dynamic Challenge car is super nice example . Worth a second look in that thread.

Yes, they live here, underground .... see below. :umnik2:

Not that we know of, other than a race of young gods in the Greek antiquity... :D

And ... also some from this famous American family with near godlike powers ... :shok:

:excl: ... beware of launch ...   and the heavy lifting Big Brother of I and II, the Titan IV Ret:aggressive:
