August 1-3, 2014

Friday, August 1 - RetroPro
Saturday, August 2 - GT Coupe (hand-out motor), F1
Sunday, August 3 - Can-Am

The flat track is being set up at the local Ramada Inn, which is also the host hotel for the event.

Cars go right to left, out of the sweeper.
 
Normally I hate flat tracks... this one is actually kinda fun. LOL.

If you click over to the Raceway List entry using the link in the first post, the lap length is given: 125'.

I have raced FCR cars on this track once and it is actually a lot of fun once you get the hang of the timing. It's unique for sure.

The only visibility issue I had was when I was on black and purple... you lose sight of the car for a split second as it comes past the drivers panel. But it didn't affect my driving.

I'll be there with some flat track cars. If the retro pro cars don't show, could we do Retro stockers with a hand out motor/tires?

NEWS FLASH.......................

 

The retro flat track nationals will be held in the ball room of the Ramada Inn in Fishkill.

The same Hotel we have the room deal with.

 

For those of you not staying in this hotel, fear not it is only a couple of miles from our store.
