The answer to: What does it all mean?...
Something similar to this was discussed in a book I read once. I belive the answer was... 42.

The stray neighborhood dog had one after I fed him spinach laced with ghost peppers. It was like a green "Burning Bush"!

Epiphany... wasn't she that teenaged "pop" singer back in the '80s?

You have won five PD motors that were not listed for sale, because half the seal fell off.

Since this thread has no topic, what do I do with the one Puppy Dog I have with no seal?

Send it to Fast Ones. As long as everything is kosher, it will get the "Seal of Approval". At least this is what I've been told.
I'm holding on to my PDs. Unless something comes to me in the middle of the night.

Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner!

... sounds there is still enough to make two.
We all thought the same thing.

You just had to get into it.
Depending on the age of your puppy it can be trained to play Frisbee with a Seal.

When the rules were admittedly being broken and racers were allowed to send their "racer reconstructed" (instead of blueprinted) motors to the refurbishing facility for inspection and seals, I'm sure some racers, myself included, thought there would be a grace period. There wasn't at least not one that was clearly announced.
So now many of us have several $50+ motors that can't be used in the classes they were bought for. Now that's an epiphany.

Use 'em for practice and save your legal motors.

According to the rules any motor without a seal CANNOT be used in Retro by virtue of the fact that no refurbishing facility should accept any motors without seals on them.

Those owner refurbed and resealed motors are still out there and being used at almost every race. They will be their until the comms can't be cut any more or the seal falls off. The last the owners of the motors will not let happen. The people that did the resealing know who these people are and they should call them out on using those motors.

That will never happen, Greg, mainly because it would reveal some very big names whose credibility would be damaged and we can't have that in Retro.
After all according to Sam in post #37 we could just send our "racer reconstructed" motors to FastOnes and they will be sealed as long as "everything is kosher".
So maybe nothing has changed after all.
