Really nice work. What kind of solder do you use? 60/40 or Stay Brite 4% or 6%? Also would like to know what solder others builders like to use and if there is any differences among the different solders out there.

Wow. Paint a few barriers up on those rails and you'll tie up traffic to the GWB for a week. You Jersey Boys all think alike, huh?

Nice work.
I would plug up those slots with some short (.600-.625") pcs. of .062" wire to both beef up the front and connect to middle which are only soldered on one side of brass.
You could probably fill in the gap with solder, but probably better to drop in an .032" log if it's too big.
also maybe some .047" or .055" wire across the ears, butting up to the outer rails where they bend out to the outside.
I thought I would jump in before Katz does. LOL

Ken , I use 4% for added strength on rails, motor bracket. For Pin tubes I use 60/40. FYI you need a good hot iron to get the 4% to flow like the 60/40..

Nice build J.J. Great concept. You will see why I say that when you see the chassis I built for Team Blacksheep's R4 rides.
5 built and counting. Yours sure is pretty.
I use 2 % Silver Solder for everything.
J.J are you going to the R4?

Awesome build John!
