Our next race is in Abbeville, SC, to see Don Berni's "Slot of Fun". It is always a ton of fun, and a great turn-out! Slots of Fun has a monthly Retro series, so the local competition should be strong. We hope you can make it!

We will be running Stock Car, Can Am and then Formula One. All classes will be raced on the Grandstand.

For those in need of a room, don't forget Bernibrooks Inn, owned and operated by Don Berni and his lovely wife, Karen. An historic home in downtown Abbeville, situated about a block or so away from the track.

 

While I can't speak for the rest of the regular retro gang at SoF, I can attest to my expected presence on the 22nd.

 

All three races on the Grandstand? Hmmmmm....what to do about all my stockers that are built/weighted to run on the tri-oval?

Just a reminder, this race is this weekend.

 

Let me know if you can make it and if you will be arriving on Friday because if no one arrives on Friday the owner does not plan on opening.

Why is NASCAR on hillclimb when Don has a great oval???
