Maybe Bill can fill us in a bit on actual construction... sounds like it could be a good club project!

Totally cool Pete!  And Bill!  Well done!  Looks totally awesome.

I'll help in the project any way I can...can use my portable power supply.

 

I've been thinking of picking up a tire truer of some sort recently, just to take a few mills off vintage rubber to get to the good stuff and apply tire tweak.  No idea where to start..but this project has me definitely interested!

Mikey, that's the 1973 model. It worked well enough, so I never built a second one. :)
