So many Alpines were butchered with huge fiberglass fender flares, it is good to see that some were put back the way they were...
Mine never needed restoration because luckily, they were never abused and even had their original paint when I got them:

Lovely cars with amazing handling characteristic (putting Porsche 911s with the same rear-engine layout to shame) that have unfortunately become very expensive...

You only live once!  :)
