BTW,  have all of the Pittman 84-85-86 and Ram 850-857 type motors dried up? I haven't looked in years, but I can't even find the Strombecker version anywhere??

They still come up pretty often, but unlabeled and in lots. Haven't seen too many in boxes for awhile. Since a bunch of the Strombecker DC706 clone popped up a year or two ago in cartons, maybe the same will happen with the DC85 clone... I may have a few extras, but will have to check my endless boxes

Bob, you don't have to wait for me for the voting, the photos were already pretty clear... are we the entrants allowed to vote by the way? (not for our own of course...),

Don

Guys,

Gator Bob has received a week's time-out from posting to Slotblog, so it'll be a few days before he can again post to this thread.

Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

We have a tie again just as we did for the BA vote on race day.

So .... as the only BoD member and Grand High Exalted Mystic Ruler of the Racoon Lodge I hereby cast the Deciding Vote (@11:00).

We will not have a runoff or a recount.

With that said I am proud to announce that the 'Best Appearing Award' for the 2014 edition of the 1st annual Rods and Rails Proxy goes to....

insert drumroll ..... the ..."Inch Pincher" I/Gas VW as presented by Paul English (aka, SlotStox#53)

:clapping:  :clapping:  :clapping:  :clapping: Way to go Paul !!! :good:
