The deadline for submitting Division 1 Rules Proposals is midnight, July 1, 2014. Proposals should be emailed to mgamble.usra@comcast.net.
Once all proposals are received they will be reviewed by the current officers to determine which proposals will be on the ballot to be voted upon at the Nats.
