At last I have finished this little Abarth, which I am building for a good friend. I began it several months ago, but other projects came along and time went :-( - but now it was time to finish it :-) 


 

 

 
Body is from a Gunze plastic kit, which I used for the master for my own grp. body-kits. The chassis is a 1:32 Plafit chassis with scratchbuilt brass sidepans.
 

 
Vac formed parts is from my own production.
 

 
Here is the almost finished body with vac formed motor copy. The black rods arebrass and will hold the bonnet.
The car is a model of the Danish Ace Son Borch Christensen's car as it were at a race at Jyllands Ringen in Denmark in 1970.
Decals are my own production.
 

 

 

 
There are some small cosmetic faults, but overall I am satisfied with the result. I tested it last wednesday without interior and it handled superbly for such a small car :-)

Great Job! I can remember some Abarths at Riverside in the 60's.
