Something I knocked off a while ago. Never really did much with it and never sent one out for testing. But here it is. Comments, questions, suggestions, dissing?

Anglewinders suck. That's the only comment I got, no questions, suggestions or dissing.  :D

Good idea with the axle being adjustable for different wheel diameters, but production figures would be in the single digits on this board as members are afraid of the The Great Anglewinder Scare of the Late 60's happening again. :o

In 70, I firmly believed the anglewinder was spelled the demise of slot cars.

But, what did I know?  I was just a kid.

But, wait a second......I still think I am, therefore I am, I think :)

Nice item! It appears the motor mounting slots in this one fit either a 16D or a C-can. My first anglewinder build in 1971 & the Limpach 888 had motor mounting brackets, but the rest of my builds never did. I just soldered in the motors.

Ferret made anglewinder brackets similar to this one. Most of the motor brackets I saw in scratchbuilt anglewinder chassis were just flat mounting plates. Last I knew, REHCO still had some of these mounting plates, but you could probably sell them too. You could also make some for FK motors. :)

Very nice.  I'd be interested when I build another BP style Coupe.  It would be too wide for 1/32 setup, but could  be shortened and braced with some wire on the bottom.  Looks like it could be flipped over for a CCW setup?
