Yea, that track is unique. And fairly intimidating at first. The biggest problem is turn marshalling the middle part of the track while you are practicing. The only way to get inside is to crawl under the high bank at either end.

I was going to ask about that...I'm guessing the track has photoelectric sensors in the slot.
That HO king looks similar to the HO "Purple Mile" at Modelville in MA. Is it a Bowman track?
