Yea, that track is unique. And fairly intimidating at first. The biggest problem is turn marshalling the middle part of the track while you are practicing. The only way to get inside is to crawl under the high bank at either end.

It's definitely amazing. LOL. It is my home track. I love it because it's a driver's track and has a long straightaway where horsepower is needed. It has the best of both aspects of racing.
Test, test, test and go test some more.

Love the fact you can convert it to either oval or add in the infield section. :)

Here is a better picture of the track. It was originally just a tri-oval. The infield was added many years later.

We also have a blue king. A blue King HO track. It's very unique.

Cool, thanks for the picture, Danny. :good:  Really is a unique design from all the usual Kings and Hillclimbs.

As for the HO King... :sun_bespectacled: :dance3:  Bet the cars are a blur on that track!

Great post, thanks for the report. I gotta get me some Holly Hill practice time...

Thanks for the pics, Mr. DZ. I've heard you need fast motors there, now I understand why.  :shok:

They need it for the lap counter to work.

I was going to ask about that...I'm guessing the track has photoelectric sensors in the slot.

That HO king looks similar to the HO "Purple Mile" at Modelville in MA.  Is it a Bowman track?

Chrome tape insures your laps count.
