Kamo-san sent me the picture today.
.625" fronts and .740" rears.
78 grams as it is, around 85 grams ready to race with a body.
Nobu Hanada is now test-producing inline motor brackets for this class.
Looking forward to testing the car on August 23.
Please stay tuned...

Great looking cars. How much do they weigh?
A motor is only as fast as the chassis it's in.

Kamo has lightened the motor-bracket by 1 g.
The PS-FK is soldered onto the bracing wire.
Nobu Hanada will bring proto-type Can-Am Pus motor-brackets, 3/4 inch wide & 1 inch wide, 10 of each, to my raceway on August 23.
Stay tuned,
Haruki

Kamo-san is going to send me a Kamo-Plus Can-Am Plus chassis, shown with front wheels in the above picture.
I hope I will finish setting up it to test on August 23 at my raceway.

Kamo & I tested Kamo-Plus Can-Am Plus cars on the Gerding King G13 at our raceway on September 7,Sunday.
The track voltage is 13.6 V.
I tested my car with 9-26 at first.
3.85-3.98 on center lanes.
Then changed to 9-27.
The same lap time on center lanes & around 4.0-4.03 on Red & Black.
9-27 seems more consistent to me.
Rear tires are around .760-.765(Alpha medium wonder).
The car's rear body height is 1 3/8" with a 1/2" wide spoiler.
IRRA seems to deregulate the rear body maximum height: no requirement at all.
My car has a Parma Gulf Mirage.
I felt the car had more potential with proper tuning.

At the test on Sunday, I found out front-wheels needed constant oiling because of the car's high down-force & speed, as well as of their smaller diameter. I have recycled the Hudson Valley Raceway's BB fronts used for GTC(now smaller than .750), grinding down them to .660.
Kamo-san prepared another Kamo-Plus Can-Am chassis for me to do more extensive testing.
Stay tuned,
Haruki

Hudson Valley Raceway has released their BB fronts for Can-Am Plus.

IRRA has announced that there is no more maximum limit of the rear body height, making it much easier for racers to mount bodies.
