Don't know what kind of racing you'll be doing.
Many tracks spray glue the track for use with sponge tires. If that's the way you're going, you'll need naphtha (Coleman fuel substituted sometimes), Champion light glue, rags, a spray bottle, and a strong back. A Swiffer mop makes it easier on the back, to shove the rags around.
If you're not going to use spray glue on your track... nevermind.

Shop vac to clean the top of the track and dust bunnies from under - at least monthly.
