This is only being done because most of us have gone to the R/H and won't need any motors for this race and being That it is a Major Race and to help with BP's Pocket book this is why the Motor must Buy if you race on the King 28
$$ Entry + MOTOR SO YOU GET A R/H and use it later in the year not a big deal for 98% of us.

Mark, this is NOT A HAND OUT RACE.. It was simply a way for the track to make a few extra dollars with motor sales

That didn't take too long did it? Clarification benefits everyone. BP will benefit even more when CP and Western States rolls around.... If you take Jason's advice.

I don't see where you think a raceway makes more money with handout motor sales.
They make more on raceday, only because folks would wait until then to get motors instead of the weel before.
In the end, it is the same money at the end of the month.
For me, I was going to do both tracks, but not now. Can't afford 80bux for entry fees right now.
If you are going to charge USRA type entry fees, maybe have race track bux as some kind of payout.
