In what was the first Checkpoint warm-up race the SCRRA changed the scheduled races from the Flat track to the King track to accommodate more racers... and a pretty decent turn-out showed up!

Michael,

Thanks!!, but I did run into some luck as Ben Cervantes Sr blew a gear while comfortably in the lead. Ben was flying with his Hi Tech F1 and is driving better every race! He will definately be in the hunt at the Checkpoint!

Thanks to everyone who helped out: Bill, Mill, John, and thanks Marc for your help at the tech table. A special thanks to Nesta and Kathy for all the work and effort going into the Checkpoint poster! Thanks, BPR and Eddie, for all your help!

We'll do it all again in two weeks!!... put everything away, have a great Christmas, load everything back up and hurry back on the 27th! See you there!  :good:

Great report Bryan.  Thanks for your time and effort!  Also, a very warm welcome to newcomer Marc Sylvester.  A very fine showing for the first time out.

Thanks, Bryan. It's nice to see the cars and stats.

Special thanks to TJ, John, Tim, and Mill for whatever they did to make it possible for me to eek out a fourth place in the A Main! Interesting that my total would have only gotten me fifth in the B Main!
