Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

I haven't tried any of those to get out of a jam ... yet.

I have used these to get 'into' a jam. :dash2:

Had those same bolts on a chart hanging on the wall of the machine shop where I worked.  Brings back fond memories - I just wish you could actually use hardware like that ... :wacko2:

That is great. A true classic.

Of course you would need these to lock them up. Found them in a slot box I bought.

Also in the nuts and bolts theme I had one of these as a kid but it's long gone. Looks like I will have to make one of my own some day. Lord knows I got some nuts and bolts around here.

No! Not without a washer

The best unusual bolts I've seen was for headers attached to heads that had been ported. Big tube headers just didn't leave room for the heads of bolts.

I believe it was Heddman that developed a flange with counter-sunk mounting holes and bolts with heads that were about an inch and a half long. Changed header installion from a hour job to about 15 minutes.

If you want to see weird bolts you have to work on a Bugatti.
