Sometimes one needs to do something less intense to give oneself a break.
This Cigar Box Mangusta needed some love (well, a lot of love). Screws had to be coaxed with a Dremel. Have to be careful not to melt posts from heat. Body soaked in bleach to remove plating. This is hard to get off especially the factory lacquer coat. Imperfections sanded out and mold lines removed. Primed with Tamiya white and painted Tamiya orange. Glass polished. Wheels are somewhat rare first issue A/FX which were chrome. Front hubs shortened. No showpiece but saved from extinction for now. I know the wheels are too big but this is how I would have done it back in the day.
