I agree 100%, Bill, and sent him a PM about it this morning.

Is there another ongoing slot racing event that has had a more impressive series of poster art from start to finish than the R4, most all of them by the same guy? I can't think of one...

I think we need to be grateful for all those that do great work for posters for our big events like Mike and especially Tony P who has created some classics for RetroPalooza and the Fall Brawl.

Looks great as usual. Looking forward to seeing the usual group of racers and the "bucket list" racers who come every year.

With the emergence of the Hawk motor in the past year it looks like a whole new and even closer set of races.

Agree and I didn't mean to diss Tony's great artwork in any way.

Stunning artwork, the Lola coupe never looked so good.

To give credit where credit is due I have been lucky enough to have three very talented people create some extraordinary event posters for the R4.

R4/1 - Big Durl
R4/2-3 - tonyp
R4/4 and on - Mike Patterson

I hope all of you enjoy them as much as I have. And grateful doesn't come close to express my thanks for the work these three have done for the R4.

Mike,

Thanks for correcting my mistake in thinking Mike Patterson had done most of them. Three very talented people indeed!

Nice poster!

Reminds me of the vintage screen-printed posters of yore.

Another impressive job on the poster, Mike. The T-shirts will look great.
