Just a heads-up for anyone needing a hotel room for this race: nearby Vassar college is having it's graduation that weekend, and hotel rates are jacked up for what's still available. Get a room booked at this place while they are still available, otherwise you'll end up staying 20-25 miles away unless you want to pay $200/night (or more!)
There are some other "local" hotels nearby that don't show up on hotels.com or expedia, just do a google maps search for hotels near Hyde Park.
