ORS Kings of Retro race #6 is almost here!

Saturday, February 14, the doors will open at 8 AM for the final points race of the 2014-15 season. As this race is also the warm-up event for the R4 race hosted here in March, the GT Coupe class will replace Retro Anglewinder in the line-up and will run first. Any legal IRRA® motor may be used except the Pro Slot FK.

The track has been cleaned, sprayed, and is currently undergoing a little braid repair. The store, and the track, will be open at 10 AM Friday morning and we will stay open until 10 PM for those wanting some early practice ($10 track pass).

Hopefully we see many of you this weekend for some exciting and close racing.

***PLEASE note the edit in allowed motors - NO Pro Slot FK in GT Coupe***

The ORS Board of Directors: Mike McMasters, Thom Greene, and Eric Balicki.

Due to a death in the family I will not be able to attend. See everyone at the R4.

Despite the horrible weather and being Valentines Day we have a total of 74 entries. Some very close racing with several track records broken. Cap Henry lowered the Can-Am record into the 4.5's. And the day isn't over yet :)

Just wanted to say thanks to Mike and Cindy McMasters for a wonderful day of slot car racing. We had good food, lots of snacks, and lots of fun.

I enjoyed some personal bests (meaning I didn't finish last) and I continue to learn more and be assisted by some great guys. Thanks to all that helped me.

Another great day for Retro racing although cold! Good racing with the track throwing changing conditions lane to lane just to make it more interesting.

As usual Cindy, Mike, Jessica, Kyle, and new addition Avery (hope I got that spelling right) who stole the show. If she spends much time at the shop her first words will be TRACK! or RIDER!

Great food and the able help of Eric Balicki made the day move along smoothly.

Pics are HERE.

Another great show put on by the McMasters clan!  Wish I could've stayed for Can-Am.  It took 3 hrs. to get home but I live to race another day!
