"Manta" Ray's full slot box needs a new home

The box includes 8 Retro cars (four Can-Ams, one Coupe, and three F1s). Two of the chassis (a Can-Am and an F1) are Bud Bartos Z-rails, with the rest of the chassis believed to have been built by Manta Ray himself. A Retro chassis built by the late Bob Emott will be included, as pictured
Also included is a Third Eye Renegade 2 controller (not the two controllers shown in the box pictures), a power supply, JK tire truer, smaller tools too numerous to mention, and assorted gears, tires, oils, etc. A rack of ten of Ray's best Pro Slot Puppy Dog motors will be included.
John Austin will have the box with him at the R4 and if the winner is present he can tote it home.
Tickets will be $50 each, based on the value of this collection. Every penny collected will go to Ray's wife.
Tickets may be purchased at the raceway or by calling (404) 610-4524. You do not have to be present to win. If the winner is not present at the R4/8, the box will be shipped at no charge within the 48 US states, with insurance at the winner's expense. A winner outside of the 48 states will be responsible for the shipping and insurance costs

One of the pics John Austin took got lost in the transfer and as luck would have it, it's the picture that shows a top view of Ray's four concours-quality Can-Am cars.
I've added it in the post above, third pic from the top.

Yes, it is sad.
Having a chance to acquire a top tier Retro racer's full "kit" is exceedingly rare. You can bet I'll be buying a ticket or two in Columbus.

Question: How would you be able to buy tickets in this outside of the US???

Personally... I wouldn't have the heart to use or run any of it.
But... Someone couldn't ask for a better RTR start-up kit.

He and I had many long conversations. I do miss the man.
He was a good dude. Sent many of my first customers my way, and he helped me a bunch when I was first learning about scratchbuilding.
I am making a donation for his wife and a chance at his box. And hope many others do also!
Rest in Peace, my brother,
Rich Clark

I would pay $50 just for the lane change marker. To keep it near "home" in Chicago...

Ray had some neat tools, too. The spoiler bender and that neat "engraver" he used to emboss the stuff he built as well as many other things.

Will do that now, Mike. I'll PayPal you for two tickets. If by some wild outside chance I win, I live by John Austin.
PM to follow. Enjoy Retro racing this weekend ~ I hope to make it with the Illinois racers next year!
