Just a heads-up, I delivered part of an order of Ti22 bodies to BP Raceway last night. 25 in total. That's over half of the original order.

They don't place orders too often, their orders are small (not enough for everyone) and I'm very slow keeping up with orders because of too many from others and no time!

I've been compared to that diamond company who only releases small amounts of diamonds at a time and only to certain dealers.

Regards,

Victor

I think the comment was too many beers, not DeBeers.

Kidding aside, people should be grateful that companies like yours exist.

Victor, if it is not said, I will say it, I truly appreciate you helping out pulling bodies for the SCRRA and Buena Park...You make a beautiful product, and I called my friends to let them know, as they were selling like hot cakes today at the raceway.

Thank you for your support of Retro racing,

Victor, your bodies are second to non. Worth the wait.

I'd call first as I have a feeling they are all gone. Scott at PCH said he hopes to get some in later in the week...

People are buying and hoarding creating a "shortage" just like with handgun ammo.

There may be a shortage in CA, but not around here.

Now cheap ammo, that's another story LOL.

Foamy,

Why is there a shortage of ammo??? To hit Arizona, you need a missile...

And try to find SS109/M855 .223 rounds now that they fit 'handguns', too...

They won't reach AZ from LA... but... you could shoot out of the city at least.

Effective range of a .223 round is about 3,600 yards (about two miles).

May make it to the next town, or next Target store.

Lot of fuss about nothing. All the Tis are about the same. Guys were using the JK before because he offered them in .007", and nobody else did (at the time).

Then you have the square nose and narrow nose. I am hearing the square is better here, etc., and then a NN qualifies into top four? If it's a Ti, let it run. Use your criteria and race.

We spend way too much time chasing shadows...

This is funny! you guys went from Ti22 bodies to 5.56mm/.223 ammo. What's more important to whom?

I'd shoot a .308 Win at 500-600 yards, but a 5.56mm/.223? Naw, maybe 300+ yards, tops. That's just me though.

Wish we could still run the Parma Lola T163 though. Neat body. OK, there ya go.

Hmm... We should all run Victor's Ti22, have Noose paint them all, have Bryan build us the cars, and then we can all have more time shooting targets at 1,000 yards.

I shoot open sights and can't even see 300 yards (sort of kidding... doesn't matter the caliber if you can't see the target...

Some cities they are on every corner.

At those ranges you'll need to calculate the Coriolis effect. LOL.

Now that depends on which way to Target...

Some logic there.

If it looks less scale and has 'too much' downforce it will sort itself out.
If it creates an 'ultralight' chassis war it's still a chassis game and as this is what Retro is based on. Wouldn't that still be in the spirit?  The light cars will be fast but how will they do racing in dirty air and wall shots? Sounds like a fun dimension on a swoopy Ling like at BPR.

Most pulls out there are not 'really to scale'.

Closer to original livery and details in paint jobs make more of a difference to my scale eye than the difference between all the different Ti22 pulls out there now.

Opinions – everybody's got one.

Victor,

My name is John Hegedus... how many O/S-TI22 bodies, O/S part No. 415L, can I buy at one time? Can I pre-order 50 in one order? Do you have PayPal capability? I would like to buy 50 O/S TI-22 bodies and I'll pay in advance via PayPal or credit/debit card.

My home telephone number is (562) 343-2186. Please advise me if I can order 50 bodies at one time directly from you. If this purchase plan is not available to me, please tell me why this purchase plan is not available to me.

Sincerely,

John Hegedus

John,

Order them from your local raceway. This way they can make some money on the sale and use it to pay rent, taxes, utility bills, insurance, phone bills, and repairs on the tracks you race on.

Happy Easter.

Victor makes unbelievable bodies for us in the SCRRA, and they do not need to venture to where they are not wanted... I appreciate that Victor makes a class item, and that he is a class act... An, he is a sponsor of next week's All Star Race, so he is a supporter of Retro racing...

Ron does the same, and both of these fine men have helped me to get bodies for Buena Park, that I will bring in the Outisight this week, as Ron helped out, and I have Victor to thank for pulling some Ti22s as well

Do not worry, there will be plenty of Ti22s available before the Zimmerman Race, so if you come to the practice race this weekend, all is well.

Do not believe what other's may write, the fact are that bodies have been produced... Now, back to the usual uninformed sniping.
