This month, all races are run exclusively on Slots of Fun's Grandstand track.
We start our monthly races this time around with a "Run What Ya Brung 5.5-Second Breakout." We don't care what chassis you use, what tires, what motor or what body. Just don't go faster than 5.5 seconds or the lap won't count. If the lap counter reads "5.501," you should be just fine. Should be quite a challenge for us old-timers, who seem to fight for faster, faster and faster lap times.
Tech should open by 10:00 with racing soon to follow.
Next up will be the retro 7-68 Can Am class. We use the Pro Slot FK motors for this one.
Then, we'll have to decide whether we want to run our flexis (using the Hawk motors) or the F1s under IRRA rules. Either way, it's going to be a battle.
