I visited The Raceway in Melbourne last night to buy some bodies and start learning to paint my own.  Mr. Pinch says the Kelly Daytona and O/S Bentley are no longer for My Series since the first 4 races are over.

 

Can someone please share how I get a listing of ALL the LEGAL bodies for the remainder of the 2015 racing season?

 

What GTP body are the fast guys moving to?

Check with the officers who run the "My Series" races. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that body list has been posted someplace on here in the past.

Charlie, for the 4: NASCAR class, the Parma Taurus is out along with the O/S Charger. We are all running the Kelly body, all year.

 

For GTP the O/S bodies (Bentlee, Caddy, Mercedes) are not allowed staring May 1st. In there place, I am going to test the Parma GTP bodies; dont know the names of them. But they have been allowed for the last couple years anyway.

According to the rules all Kelly, Parma and JK gtp bodies are legal. So the Kelly Bentlee is legal.

The Parma Storm WSC and Lola WSC are both pretty good GTP bodies, the storm is shorter. 

 

Danny, is the Kelly Bentlee much different then the OS one?

Where can we get Kelly Bentlee bodies?  If DZ is using it, enough said - I want some too!

I'm pretty sure Jacksonville has a couple Kelly Bentlees on the wall.

They are pretty much twins.

4" NASCAR - The Kelly Daytona is legal.  (Wish I could get more from the distributors.)  The Parma Intrepid and JK Toyota are also legal.  The Parma Taurus and OS Charger (230) were dropped from the list.  And, I think the JK COT is still on the list ---- though certainly not an advantage.  

 

Though if the Kelly Daytona doesn't start being available on a consistent basis again, I bet it gets dropped next year.

 

GTP - Dropped the OS Bentlee, Mercedes and Caddy after the first 4 races.  I've run the Parma Caddy with good results.  Also ran the JK Peugeot with good results though it's a little trickier to mount.

Who has some GTP Kelly Bentlee bodies - Jax?  (none in melbourne or winter garden)  Looks like Kelly has the fast bodies, I'm getting some.  Maybe after DZ takes me with him to NATS next year, I'll get some evil bucks bodies

The GTP body rules are ancient. I think they were carried forward from the old short-lived Florida AMSRA. And that was in 2005 or 2006.

I think there was one Kelly Bentlee left on the wall last night. Hot item the past few days. I'm using the Parma Caddy. So is Nathan.
