Well it is back to the Flat Track this coming Saturday, and we have not race there is quite a while, so please come out and join in the racing action, Flat Track Style !

Doors open at  8 AM, with tech usually starting about 10 AM.    After our Formula One race, which starts us off , there will be the usual lunch break then Can Am in the afternoon, usually around 1:30 PM to 2 PM.

Remember, on the Flat Track, King Track cars weighted up to around 110 to 115 grams work great, so do not be disappointed if you do not have a particular Flat Track car, remember, just a little lead will do the trick.

So, come out and join us for some real driving pleasure, and challenge yourself, the Flat Track is really a great track and a motor equalizer, so all of you that complain about Horsepower on the King should love the Flat Track, where chassis from 2 to 3 years ago run competitively and the motor is not the biggest factor.

Great chance to break in your Retro Hawks for the next King Track race..

How about this from 2008.  29 entries on the flat track.  Can Tore still prevail?

Tore Anderson, flat track hero.  He did it again June 2008, impressive lap total.

Man, the old flat track used to get a lot of racers! Those must have been a hoot to run in. Impressive lap totals and times back then. Ahh, the good old days.

The Flat track races today at BPR saw all the usual close dicing and close finishes!  In F1 Sam Rackham drove a great race to hold off Bryan Warmack in 2nd and Mill Conroy in 3rd.    Can Am had Bryan Warmack on top with Gary Donahoe 2nd and a very "rusty" Tore Anderson with a super run in 3rd.

Pics and race report to follow shortly...........

Would like to say a big thanks to Gary Donahoe for a mighty fine F-1 for yesterday's racing at BPR. Had a blast with a very good handling and fast car, but, there were some pretty determined racers out on the track. Fun all the same. Kinda getting used to these F-1 kizmo's. Gary, you're creating a monster! :victory:

Very cool video, Tim.  Thanks for taking the time to post.  Always love watching the racing by the guys on the other coast.  It's a shame we are losing our flat track here.  They are fun to run on.
