What a finish. Lead changes and clean passes all the way to the end. Way to Go Juan Pablo!
And he didn't hit any track vehicles.

....or take out his teammate who was leading the race like he did to Scott Pruett in Mexico in 2007
He was in the groove today, for sure, and didn't even spill a drop of milk.

You just gotta love JPM.
This year I have collected twice off his winning.
Today's odds were 9 : 1
Now I just need #24 to bring it home at 15 : 1

I don't care much for the guy but he did run a good race today.

I knew it would be an excellent 500 finish when my younger brother who was visiting insisted on watching Monaco.
So, missed the end of the 500 while watching the 3rd place F1 finisher have his little melt down.
Of course he tried to pull it together for the press post race.
Said all the right things, like Nuc parroting Crash in Bull Durham.

Barney, I have to disagree, F1 looks like a game of follow the leader to me, especially Monaco.

Yes agree and Monaco has been for years.
Right now Mercedes is ruling but Redbull did for years as well. It's up to the teams to bring up their game to the level of the top dug (Mercedes now) not drag Mercedes back to "allow" other teams to beat them. Ferrari is bringing up their game now and this is what I like about F1... watching teams take on whatever is the top dog. I think Honda and McLaren will sort their car out this year and come back to be top dog again in the racing world. Moto GP is another series I watch.
