Unfortunately, the Jacksonville track has closed down. There are commercial tracks in Holly Hill (near Daytona Beach), Melbourne, and Winter Garden. A new raceway is opening over near Tampa in Pinellas Park.

Jax recently closed.  But bring your controller!  Daytona track is next closest, followed by Winter Garden, then Melbourne, then Pinellas Park...check the raceway list for address, times, etc.  P-1 Slotcar Raceway in Winter Garden has a weekly Friday nite schedule with NASCAR and JK GT-1/LMP RTR.
