Here is the proposed schedule for Florida's "My Series" in 2016.  There could still be a tweak but wanted to get the dates in front of everyone.

 

The year will be broken into three four-month schedules.  Very exciting to see GRRR and My Series combine to host a single event during the summer months.

 

2016 Schedule

My Series JK Indy Cars, NASCAR, GT1/LMP, & GTP

January 9th - The Raceway.biz - Melbourne, FL

February 6th - The Race Place - Holly Hill, FL

March 12th - P1 Slot Car Raceway - Winter Garden, FL

April 9th - Fast Eddie’s Slot Cars & Raceway - Pinellas Park, FL

 

GRRR Can-Am & Formula 1 plus My Series NASCAR & GT1/LMP Class

May 14th - The Raceway.biz - Melbourne, FL

June 11th - P1 Slot Car Raceway - Winter Garden, FL

July 9th - The Race Place - Holly Hill, FL

August 13th - Fast Eddie’s Slot Cars & Raceway - Pinellas Park, FL

 

My Series JK Indy Cars plus Enduro GTP’s - Edited on 10/14/16

September 10th - Florida Challenge Enduro #16 - P1 SCR - Winter Garden, FL

October 15th - Florida Challenge Enduro #17 - The Raceway.biz - Melbourne, FL

November 12th - Florida Challenge Enduro #18 - The Race Place - Holly Hill, FL

December 10th - Florida Challenge Enduro #19 - Fast Eddie’s SCR - PInellas Park, FL

Tweak in the running order for the two remaining races in the Summer Combination portion of the schedule.

 

At The Race Place (Holly Hill) and at Fast Eddie's Slot Car Raceway (Pinellas Park), the running order will be.

 

4" NASCAR (My Series)

CanAm (GRRR)

LMP (My Series)

Formula 1 (GRRR)

 

To paraphrase one of my favorite Gators t-shirts ..... "Arrive Real Early.  Stay Real Late.  Race Real Hard."

Id like to know if Nascar is being raced on the Hillclimb at Fast Eddies.

I'll try to reach Fast Eddie and find out.  

 

My very uneducated guess is that NASCAR will be on the Tri-Oval ..... but it's just a guess.

 

 

Edit:  8/9 - 10:06pm .....  Just confirmed with with Ed that NASCAR will be on the Tri-Oval and the other three classes will be on the Fastest Hillclimb In The South!

Thanks for letting me know. I was going to race if it was on the hillclimb, trioval has no appeal to me.

Everybody has their preference.

I love racing on the 3 ovals in our series.
Each are different and require totally different car set-ups.

Very Important Announcement: The first two race dates of the endurance series have been switched. The Sept 10th race will be at P1 Raceway in Winter Garden, while the Oct 8th race will be at the Melbourne track. Please spread the word.
