It's a litlte faded and out of focus, but this Castrol-produced film showcases why the Targa is still remembered as one of the world's greatest motor races. Almost 43 mins long and one wishes it could have gone much longer.

Such beautiful sounds!...And the *Lock Up Your Daughters* sign ( at 13:57 ) was hilarious... :laugh2: ...  I think it's actually - * Mammas! Watch Your Children - Cherish Them* as to danger...  he commentator's translation was probably just as correct, though...  :D

Its amazing to think that such a race and course existed in many of our lifetimes.


Now all we have is safe but souless tracks such as COTA.
