Hi,

A guy in France just posted on one of our French forums, asking where to find Thingie bodies....

I suggested ebay USA, and Electric Dreams, but are any of our Thingie makers still doing their Thing...ie?

Ray? Gene? Anybody else still around and popping? Seems to have quieted down in last few years.

Don

Pattos Place lists a few 1/24 scale in PETG;
66 CLASSIC MANTA RAY
67 BZ Banshee
67 CHOTI ULTRA
67 Classic Asp
67 CLASSIC ASTRO V
67 CLASSIC STINGER
67 CLASSIC TORONADO
67 CLASSIC VIPER
67 Mnogram Vampire
67 THINGIE WEDGE
68 CLASSIC SERPENT

There may be others I have missed.

Bruce also does decals for some as well.

I've got a few of the things that Gene had done here, and I'm trying to re-connect to get his whole range available again.  Even have a few more "projects" for him!

Do you know what style he is looking for?

Sorry but the Pattos stuff is from very well worn molds. I would not suggest these.

Thingie Body Available:

Electric Dreams...reduced available Shinoda bodies selection and a few others.

Gene's World...ZR1 is a busy man and unavailable on demand but produces incredible bodies.

Truescale...Victor is on leave for well needed time with his family. High quality bodies.

MacLeodWestern-Booth...not easily contacted. Nice durable reproductions.

32 Deuce...incredible original bodies, easy to work with.

O2R...always available, wide selection, low prices and easy to work with.

Bodies For Beer...uk genius makes innovative thingies and available.

David nailed this question!

Only thing needed now is contact info for O2R and anyone producing, but he did add a couple "Handles" that Ray and the "Z"-man use here.

Patto has a lot of good stuff. The Monogram Vampire mold was made form a new body and looks sharp!

That is a surprise to me, as everything I have purchased from Pattos was unusable.

I might start selling Thingie bosies from my collection. I have various Choti clear bodies as well as other types of thingies to possibly offer.

Got any Classic Serpents, or the Bostella coupe bodies in that collection?
