What GL do you guys use for the O/S Lotus 40 body, please ?

I'm guess about 11/16" ?

Thanks

Pablo

As long as you can fit under the body.

Or use one of the guides with a front mounted post. Ever notice the guides used on 1/32 scratchbuilts? Mike Chavez used those guides on his Can Ams at BPR.

11/16 is what I measured it at, but I was hoping one of the Jail Door racers that have actually made chassis for this body could tell me what they used.

Please also tell me what type flag y'all use. I'll be using a Cox. This info is for my Ursaner build :)

Paul Sterrett built most of the BPR jail door cars that used the Lotus 40 body. Keith Tanaka might be able to help too.

I got the answer from Mike Katz - the TrueScale Lotus 40 supports a full 3/4" and no reason why the O/S wouldn't.

Sure enough, once I got the parts all jigged up I could see he's right. :good:

Thanks Bill B. :)
