Posted on NCSCRA Facebook and email list today:

I got a call from Mary Roseling this morning. Her husband, our good friend Rod Roseling, passed away in his sleep last night. I don't know any more than this, and I will let you know when I know the funeral arrangements.

Goodbye, my buddy, my mate, my pal, my friend, my brother.

Rod (Rocket Rod) was my slot car mentor from the the late '90s when we met on the old SlotSide forum.

He drove up to Seattle in 2003 when he knew that I was going over there to race in "The Flats."

Both he and Mary looked after us for a couple of days when we were in Fresno.

Love ya, Rod.  :cray:

Condolences to his family and friends. May he rest in peace.

Rod was a good friend and charter member of our track at Hobby Town USA in Fresno. I remember him as a great competitor and enjoyed racing with him for the five years that I lived in Fresno. I know he will be missed by all that knew him.

Rest in Peace, "Rocket Rod."
