Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

Does "Live Drive" mean attendees will be allowed to drive it?

It was pointed out to me that not everyone is on Facebook(duh!... lol). So, here's a couple of pics. One is of the road that goes to Rattlesnake Raceway... looks like it hasn't been used in quite a while. The other is a "selfie"(no cellphone... used my Canon Sureshot) of me standing out front of Chaparral Cars, Midland Texas.

That little building is it?!?!? Or is there more that is not in the picture?
Thank you for posting these photos, Richard. I appreciate it.

In the late 60's I worked at Tom Edwards Chevrolet. The owner, Jimmy Long, had a saying.
"There's an *** for every saddle".

And a guy drove up in this thing, to see the Chaparral 2J; he called it his "therapy car".
Did you notice if that was paint, or a wrap? Either way, I could use some of that therapy myself!
And thanks for the photo showing the fab shop out back.

By the way, that red Corvette you can see in the last pic was the car driven by a couple of guys from .... from?..... one of the big car mags, doing a photo shoot.
