Hey all new guy here, thought I would show you guys some products to help mask off your bodies. I have not seen them mentioned and I've used them extensively with Airbrushing urethane paints. These are fine line tapes, they are flexible so they will lay flat while making curves. They are also thin to build up less of a paint edge. They can be cut clean with a razor knife and are far superior to using the masking tape products for making an edge.

The three rolls of tape on the left are 3m fine line tape in 1/2", 1/4".and 1/8" and are available at automotive paint supply stores. The one on the right is a paper tape 1/16" called V tape by Vandemon. I have not found it locally but I bought it from coastairbrush.com.

Coast Airbrush also sells the vinyl used for masking material in vinyl cutters and Friskit masking material. 3M's masking tape can also be used between the more flexible and more expensive tapes shown in the first post.

Micromark is also a source for many of these materials plus do it yourself decal material for inkjet or laser printers.

I wasn't giving away all my secrets in my first post.  :D

Coast is a great source for almost everything paint related. I stopped by there while I was on vacation in California one time and dropped off 4 of my Iwata's to be rebuilt. They told me to go eat lunch and by the time I was done they would be ready. They even upgraded the older HP-C brushes with some Teflon needle packing to make them more resistant for urethane use. You can get lost wandering through their showroom let alone looking at stuff in the Kustom Kulture Lounge.
