I've been searching for good photo's of Dan Gurney driving the McLeagle (M6B) in any of it's racing forms.

It began life without much aero added, and ended up with high wing and various other bits.

There are plenty of great photo's of the car in it's currently restored condition as seen at various historic events, but I'm particularly after photo's of it with Dan Gurney at the wheel.

I've found a few small, grainy ones, but would like more detail to enable building a slot car.

It wasn't a particularly successful racing car, but is a significant car nonetheless.

Any help locating good photo's of Dan Gurney in his McLeagle would be appreciated.

T.I.A.

Pablo, thanks. I always search forums first. I found Niels version of the car ( :good:), and a few other pics, but still looking.

Niels, thanks. Same again.  I've been searching on google, bing, and yahoo regularly, but keep finding same things.

Your google results appear a bit different to mine, showing one site I've not seen before, so I got a couple from there. :)

I was hoping to get good square on shots of front, back, and side, maybe a bit of engine and cockpit detail.

I've been directed to this site on our local forum, that has some good b/w shots.

Thanks Wobble.

The car will be at Road America in a few weeks at the Historic Races.

I rely heavily on Pete Lyon's Can-Am books for info.
