In no way, ever make a reference to ISRA in the note section, with your PayPal payment.
I have heard of two cases of PP holding up payment to investigate.
One guy ordered parts for ISRA racing from another vendor, and the other guy just ordered the ISRA style Versa-Block from me.
Apparently ISRA is close enough to ISIS or ISIL to trigger an alarm.

I bet it has to do with "IS...." being part of the acronym. Just say those letters in any way shape or form, and you WILL be scrutinized. What a woild. I guess I shouldn't have even put those letters here, but Mike did already.... IT'S HIS FAULT! LOL

Tex, I think you may be overlooking the inherently disruptive and subversive nature of slot racing itself.

OK Guys... PayPal has a major problem with transactions involving firearms. ISRA = Illinois State Rifle Association. PayPal in notorious for seizing the transactions and taking very long to refund the money.
I'm guessing because Mike's business is in Illinois and the ISRA (which has a much larger footprint on the net and elsewhere than the slot ISRA) which is also in Illinois the data is flagged and funds seized...
