Here are some pictures of my 1/64 1000' drag strip.
I have run several proxy races on this track along with thousands of test passes.
Used to race full size cars in the past.

Great job but now you need a scale start tree.

Thanks for all the likes.
Here are a couple more cars. Mad Maxx and his Willy's panel van vs the rude Stude Studebaker drag car.
The Willy's won this one:
Here are a couple of hot cars.
The fast red 57 Vette takes the win over the quick yellow Willy's, both cars are well under .5 seconds:

I like your setup... Are you using Trackmate timeing?
Posted 26 July 2016 - 11:00 AM
Yes that is a Trackmate system. Since I worked all the bugs out it has worked well, FYI, tech support is hard to get with that company. Uses a dedicated computer, monitor and printer which prints out all the info you see on screen
It shows where the car is doing well or poorly by reading all the incremental times and MPH. It also shows where some cars react faster
than others since I start both at the same time. Have had instances where a car that was .05 quicker lose the race to another faster reacting car.
I run 2 30 amp 0-30v power supplies to handle the high amp draw super cars. Those cars picked up 10 mph when switching from 2 10 amp supplies, but even the milder cars improved some with those supplies.

Thanks, I am planning a proxy drag race at my track in late November. All are welcome to enter. Rules and dates will be announced.
