2017 Retro F1 DK (Danish style) Tech rules

As interest is rapidly growing in several countries, I have found a demand for a set of rules that could be used internationally.
Like the current 2016 Danish DMRU rules, these rules are based on the original 2008 rules and includes the additions made through the years.

However I found it necessary to dig down into the original mindset and in order to keep the "Retro Spirit" intact, some limitations on materials and ways of suspension has been added.
Also the Body List has been updated.

This set of rules are enclosed below and is a proposal (in inspiration) to the Clubs and Organisations running these cars, and I sincerely hope they will be to used wherever possible as this makes it much easier to make international races :-):-):- :)

Hi Niels

A set of International F1 rules is a great idea. Well done for starting this.

Only problem I can see is the miniumn 3mm axle diameter. I think there would be a lot more interest if that was lowered to 2.5mm, as 3/32" is the prefered Retro axle in Australia and I suspect North America also.

Just my humble opinion. The cars look great.

Well, there's international and then there's "international". Europe, being the close-knit group of countries it is, Niels' international rules suits their needs just fine. Obviously, it's not a "global" set of rules.

Rock on, Niels; good job!

Remember, two wrongs don't make a right... but three lefts do! Only you're a block over and a block behind.
