The eighth Grand Prix of Monaco, April 13, 1936, 100 laps distance. How the racers in the powerful rear-engined German cars could even get around the course is beyond me.

Rudolf Caracciola, proving the truth of his nickname, Regenmeister (Rainmaster), won for Mercedes.
