Is the Tamiya PS22 Racing Green the same as BRG? If not, does anyone know which paint matches this color? Thanks...

Don,
I assume you know that there is no agree-upon definition for the color British Racing Green. You will find that virtually every 1:1 car manufacturer's rendition of BRG differs, in some cases slightly and in others not.
Suit yourself. If you think it looks like BRG for you, go for it.

Watch out, Don.
That beardog guy is what they call in model railroading a 'rivet counter.'
Once you tell him what car you plan to paint, he'll inform you the exact color you have to use by way of paint formulas for each brand of paint you might select.
He's as bad as the guys who restore Jags, Corvettes, or Model As, I promise you...
LOL!

Hi Don,
Here's one way to get BRG:
I'm sure there are other paints you can use but for non-Lexan bodies I've been using Testors model paint. For British racing green I use their gloss green and add flat black until I get the shade I'm after:
It's time to rough up the inside of the body with a Scotch Brite pad and get to painting . . .

Beautiful, Rick. Very nice!

Sorry, I overlooked the need to specify the material. It's Lexan for a TrueScale body.
Even if, as Cheater says, there is no "standard" it was worth asking - I mean just look at the cars posted as an example. BEAUTIFUL!!!
