Anybody making foam rear tires for H.O. racing/drag racing ? Any suggestions on where to find or get them made ?

Silifoams are what seem to be hot right now.

Any manufacturer that makes coated tires can probably supply you with foam tires if you ask.
But you will not have good grip unless it is natural foam rubber (and you may need some "glue").
If you are getting too much grip from silfoams, buff them out with fine sandpaper and they will not have so much bite

Give me enough rope and I'll build a fast car... or hang myself?
