I just wanted to give a shout out to Howard at Third Eye!! I experienced a problem with my controller, sent it to Howard and he had it fixed and sent back to me in 3 days!! Gotta be a record for GREAT customer service!! So THANK YOU Howard!! You're the best!!

My experience as well. Mine took four days but I'm on the other side of the country. Just a minor problem. Fixed ASAP. This happened a few years ago. I'm notoriously lazy about posting "Thank You" about things like this. The controller has been perfect ever since.

The LED meter on my FETroller 2 failed recently. I sent Howard an email last Wednesday morning, he replied immediately and sent a replacement to me. I got it Saturday morning, soldered it in and we are good as new!
