For those of us who haven't run your tracks, are you open on Tuesday and or Wednesday before the Brawl?

Effective 4/1/16, at all IRRA® Premier races the only motor permitted in the Can-Am Plus class will be: Hawk Retro.

Which rear tires are recommended on the Engleman and King?

Typically Kelly Retros work well on the Engleman, but for the last enduro race we used HVR soft Wonders, and they worked good.

On the King, Thunders have worked well.

The King needed Thunder medium last year. I don't think anyone got another tire to really hook up except that - also agree with VW that Kelly Retro is usually the go-to tire.

However, last year, the track became incredibly loose on race day morning and stayed that way for almost all of the Mains. Kellys were a struggle to be on. I believe Matt Bruce won the Can-Am race on JK treated.

That's good info, James. I missed last year's Brawl, so I was going by what usually works for our season races.

As always, it pays to think outside the box a little!   :)

So with hurricane coming through my town I'm unfortunately not going to be able to make this race. Major bummer because I've never been so prepared for a race.

There is always next year though and hopefully I can make it.

Good luck to everyone.
Test, test, test, and go test some more.
You're never fast enough!!! 💯
