I've been trying to contact them to buy wheel inserts for five days now; no response.
Can anybody help?

It's going to take a while unfortunately, Paul. Maybe one of the members who live near Toronto can help.

I'm not in a rush - I just want to know I've been acknowledged.

It only takes 5 seconds to type an email response "I received your request, but we are real busy. Give us more time and we will get back to you".

Pablo,

I ordered some motors from Dart awhile back and it took seven weeks to get them. They never did reply to any of my emails. Art is a nice guy but extremely slow, I'll never order from them again.

Sounds like BWA made a mistake who he sold to, when he got out of slot cars.

If anybody knows how to get a set of four .500 OD inserts, 6 spoke, with 3 prong knockoffs, Dan Gurney 1967 Indy Eagle style, please let me know.

Pappy, thanks for the info. Since you ordered from him, maybe you have a phone number?

There's a three-page thread on Slot Car Illustrated regarding Dart Hobbies. Most are complaints from 1/32 racers who ordered parts, sent money, and sometimes wait months for their products.

Monday was the Canadian Thanksgiving Day so maybe they're shut down for the week? Just a thought...

Thanks, everybody, I see the picture now. That's what I love about Pappy, when you're off the glide slope he's going to tell you.  :good:

Don, thanks for the glimmer of hope.  :laugh2:

Pablo;

I make Eagle inserts for Pro-Track wheels, which are 5/8ths o.d. If you want to try to cut them down

to fit your wheels, PM me.
