Having seen multiple chassis photos recently, I noticed circle shaped weights and dampeners in place.

My question is, what tool is used to produce these circular lead weights and dampeners?

I appreciate your assistance with this. Thank you.

Gary,

You can get them at Michaels Craft store. They have different shapes so you have different weights.

An arch punch will work, too.
