Imagine my surprise when cleaning a 1970-ish GP chassis I saw this. Would love to know builder if possible. May be English?

Don't recognize the initials but the cars sporting a nice set of Taylormade gears from back in the day. :D

Difficult to tell from this picture, could be a standard Taylor (or Beatties as they were later called!) contrate or a Dave Harvey [1.0.1] hardened and re-bossed Taylor gear.
