The next ORS-KOR race will be hosted by HMS Speedway in Bellvue, OH, on January 7, 2017. It will be contested on their "new" original American King.

For this event you will have the option of running .790" rear tires with .040" rear clearance.

Additionally, for the remainder of the season all cars will need to be brought to the tech line with the bodies removed.

Is the .790 tire just for F1 or Can-Am also?

AW will be the first race of the day, the reference to 3rd is to the total number of classes.

We are open Wednesday 4:30-9, Friday We will be open minimum 5-10, I'll post here in a day or 2 if we open earlier

As per a FB posting the track will be open at 3pm Fri for open practice. A few reminders all cars to tech with body off, lane change cards required at every lane change no exceptions, mainly because of the new rule where no fluids are allowed over the track surface during the change. The puddles rule. :)

THANK YOU TO ALL THE ORS Racers and supporters, we had a great time !

 

We have a few tweaks we began to work on as soon as the racing was done, and we will continue to strive to make the track better !

Thanks for letting us race on the Blue King, and play on that cool old Aristocrat.    If it weren't for people like you, who are willing to put money and time into restoring and preserving tracks, the rest of us would have no place to race.  Really can't thank you enough.
